I started my fitness journey in martial arts at the age of 5 years old, I played various sport throughout my school years. At 25 I became a personal trainer, and have been training and coaching athletes ever since. I started coaching CrossFit in 2010, I am a 2 time Regionals athlete and have been very privileged to have been coached by some of the best coaches in world.

I am a CrossFit L1 trainer, and have my CrossFit Weightlifting/Burgener Strength Weightlifting L1, CrossFit Conjugate/Powerlifting, CrossFit Endurance, and CrossFit Movement and Mobility certifications. I have coached and trained over a dozen CrossFit Regionals and Games athletes, Nationally ranked Olympic weightlifters, strongman competitors, and have helped many people with general fitness and weight loss goals as well.

My personal interests are philosophy, theology, psychology, science, hiking, outdoors, and dogs.
